Did you get your free copy of the August Fakenham & District Sun? There’s a whole section devoted to Plubfest events – look out for the red ‘boxout’ on the top right of the third page.
The paper also carries details of the Fakenham Fair and carnival procession, plus The Great Duck Race. They’ve provided some nice coverage, so thanks go to Julia of Kick Start and Alastair at The Sun. Brilliant work, guys. Thankyou!
Around The Town
Watch out for our cunningly placed posters across Fakenham – they look like the image on the right. We’ll be putting them on lamposts and sticking them onto animals and small children placing them in shop windows so Fakenham’s pubgoers get an ‘in-yer-face’ reminder to support our August extravaganza.
They too carry details of Plubfest events (correct at publishing time) and have a ‘QR code’ which directs smartphone users straight to our website, where they can check for the latest Plubfest goss! The posters are designed to be removed easily, so shouldn’t litter our favourite town when the festivities are over.
