If you’re a Fakenham ‘foodie’ or regard yourself as a bit of a local ‘brainbox’, it sounds like Oak Street should be one of your destinations some time during Plubfest week.
The Oak Inn are holding a Charity Quiz Night on Friday 26th, with an amazing £80 prize going to the winning team. Proceeds are in aid of Fakenham Day Care Centre.
They’re also running a scrummy-sounding ‘Steak & Shellfish Celebration’ all week, with locally-produced (Lakes Butchers) Steaks, Cromer Crab, Lobster, Crayfish & Langoustines.
